Harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum fruit aroma and flavour the Tempranillo was pressed immediately for a pale rose colour. Fermented in tank at cool temperatures and bottled soon after harvest to retain freshness and bright berry fruits. The wine is bottled in light weight glass bottles to reduce its carbon footprint.

It’s fair to say that Angus Hughson from Wine Pilot loved the 2024 Rose. . “Well if you are looking for a proper Rose for this Spring and Summer then look no further than this super, bone dry style which you can enjoy by the gallon. Pale onion skin pink but not pale in style as it delivers elegant yet piercing aromas of warm watermelon and cranberry with powdery dusted spice complexity – fennel seed with touches of paprika. The best part is the palate with excellent volume of flavour which it holds and holds and holds with subtle complexity over an extended finish with a little twist of tannins adding depth. Most Bandol Rosé wishes it was this good.” 95 points
