Under the Liquor control Act 1988 it is an offence:

To sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or

For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard, both credit and debit cards.

No minimum purchase is required.

 

Shipping

Oates Ends uses Australia Post to send your wine directly to you.

Shipping is $10.00 within Western Australia and $20.00 for all other states. All prices include 10% GST.

• Orders of $200 or more are eligible for free shipping in Australia.
• We endeavour to get your wines to you within 7 – 10 business days, please contact us if your wine has not arrived in this time.
• Wine Club members recieve free shipping on orders of one or more cases.
• If you provide your email address you will be able to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.
• With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a card will be left for you to collect your wine from Australia Post. Oates Ends does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

International shipping is available. Please contact us directly before ordering to discuss pricing to the country of your choice.

 

Returns and Cancellations

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
